- Product returns and recalls
- Auditing all stages of product importation, warehousing, distribution, and to final destination
Sales Teams:
- Direct coverage and daily management of customers including orders, financials and queries
Warehouse and Distribution Teams:
- Well trained staff maintaining GSDP requirements during all stages from product dispatch to our warehouses to order preparation and distribution processes.
Supply Chain Team:
- Dealing with suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders
- Forecasting and product ordering
- Monitoring orders and stock control
